With nearly two decades of experience, my software development journey is marked by a wide range of challenging projects, diverse contributions to the tech community as one of the Co-Organizers of GDG (Google Developer Groups), YouTube videos (aspiring creator), author of several articles, and also in leading high-performance teams (including 10x devs) driven by the continuous pursuit of technical excellence.

As Head of Engineering and a member of the Founding Team at Inner AI, my focus is on maintaining a highly engaged, self-managing team in constant evolution. Among my main responsibilities are ensuring the product’s technical excellence, along with the agility and versatility to implement innovative, impactful, and disruptive solutions.
